This machine was designed on demand to meet the needs of professional gemologists.

The machine works from 0 to 90 degrees also to form diameters being at zero height perfectly aligned with the center line of the rotating support. It works with progressive magnetic pressure.

The 12 Volt water pump motor has two quantity controls (tap and potentiometer). The grinding wheel motor is a 24 Volt forced air cooled 8000 rpm with gearbox for the power ratio, the speed is controlled from 0 to 8000 rpm by a directly proportional Speed ​​Controller. The mains power supply is 220 volts with safety fuse and is distributed by two air-cooled power supplies.
